CrossFit 101 Beginners’ Classes

We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating and overwhelming for those who are new to it. As a result, we have FREE CrossFit 101 classes that enable anyone interested in our gym to try it out and learn all the basics before becoming a member and attending our regular classes.

What Is CrossFit 101?

CrossFit 101 is a series of classes that introduce someone brand new to CrossFit at a slower pace with the emphasis on instruction. During these classes you will join others and learn the most common and foundational movements. You will also be instructed in the lingo and how to complete the workouts.

No pressure to perform.  No need to “get in shape” prior to starting.  This is a no-risk, low stress way for you to become acquainted with CrossFit Fort Wayne so that you enter our regular classes with confidence and the tools you need to succeed.

When Is CrossFit 101?

Tuesdays @ 6:30pm and Thursdays @ 6:30pm. These classes are an hour long and are required for any person new to CrossFit before joining our regular classes. You can attend CrossFit 101 for up to 12 weeks and a minimum of 10 classes are required before moving into our regular group classes. This gives you up to 3 months to experience our gym before committing to a membership package.

How Much Is It?

All CrossFit 101 classes are free. There is a one-time $50 registration fee that is due before attending your first class. Make sure you sign up online by clicking on the “Buy Now” button below, selecting “Series” and then choosing “CrossFit 101” in the drop-down menu.  A reservation is required before attending.


Fast Track – Private Coaching

Have a busy schedule? Can’t make it in on Tuesday or Thursday nights? No problem. Our Fast Track program consists of 4 private coaching sessions that can be scheduled at your convenience. This is also a good option if you prefer a one-on-one approach. The Fast Track program is $100.00.


Special Notes:

  • CrossFit 101 and Fast Track are not transferable to another member or new client.
  • Any sessions bought are nonrefundable.
  • Once completed with 101 or Fast Track, you must decide upon a membership option.
  • Fast Track coaching sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice to cancel or reschedule. If no cancellation notice is given, the session will be lost and is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
  • Fast Track must be completed within two weeks from the date of purchase.
